Question
i have a 97  chrysler concord 3.5.. my problem is when i open the radiator i have pressure  when i open the thermostate valve a lot of air comes out but no water.. i changed the head gasket and it keeps overheating.. any answer would help alot

Answer
It could be as simple as filling it up improperly or having a bad radiator cap.  Take the cap off and let it sit there for a while.  Come back to it after all the coolant has evaporated off of it and make sure that the rubber seal is in tact and not ripped, torn or dry-rotting any.

In the meantime, open up the bleeder screw again.  Now start filling the resevior until coolant comes out of the bleed hole.  Close the bleeder, verify the coolant is in the proper range and reinstall the old or new cap accordingly.
