Chrysler Repair: Brake lights 2001 T&C mini van, plastic fasteners, interior panel

I cant seem to find out how to replace the light bulb.  Will I need to pull the interior panel out?

Hi Boyd,
I am not familiar with the taillight assemblies of the van model but if you have looked for a way of opening the assemably externally and found nothing, then you no doubt will need to remove an interior panel to either reach the bulb sockets, or to remove thumb-type plastic fasteners that when removed will allow you to pull the entire assembly from its mounting on the fender which then will allow you access to the bulb socket. That seems to be the way these are handled nowadays.
