Hi I have a 3 sp Saginaw transmission with a borg warner R10-H1 Over drive for my 56 pickup. I need parts to have it rebuilt. Do you know someone I can trust to rebuild it and has the needed parts??

Sorry, no. I don't know where you live, but even if you were local to me, I could only suggest that you look for a locally owned, owner operated manual transmission rebuilding shop that does work for racers and off roaders, a shop that has been in business for many years, and has mechanics who have grease under their fingernails and dirty overalls.  Stay away from the chain stores that advertise on TV!

You could ask at a place that deals in off-road equipment - they will likely know of a competent shop.   That transmission/overdrive is not all that rare, even today, so any competent shop should be able to handle it.
