OK MOE I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN AS THOSE HI REVS WILL DO IT EVERY TIME, IT IS EITHER THAT YOU ARE MAKING THOSE LIFTERS
TIGHT BY MAKING THE ROCKER ARMS ADJ. TO TIGHT OT IT IS JUST THAT THOSE REVS ARE PULLING THE STUDS OUT. WELL YOU HAPPEN TO BE LUCKY AS THERE IS A KIT FOR THIS , IT CONES WITH (2) DRILL BITS AND A BAG OF APX #20 H.D. S/S ROLL PINS. SO WHAT YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IS DRILL A HOLE THREW EACH HEAD WHERE THE STUD IS AND THAN TAP A ROLL PIN THRU OR A SOLID STEEL PIN WHAT EVER COMES WITH THE KIT, AS FAR AS THE KIT THE ONLY PLACE THAT I KNOW ABOUT IS J.C.WHITNEY AS THEY CARRY EVERYTHING AND THIS CAN BE DONE ON THE CAR BUT IF YOU DO IT ON THE CAR PLUG ALL OF THE OIL HOLES WITH RAGS ALSO COVER WHERE ALL OF THE PUSHRODS GO SO YOU WILL PREVENT ANY PCS. FROM THE DRILLING GOING INTO THE ENGINE - THAN WHEN YOU ARE DONE START IT FOR LESS THAN ONE MIN. THAN DRAIN THE OIL AND ADD A NEW OIL FILTER OK.
