Dodge Repair: 2005 neon headlight, negative cable, canada export

Question
The driverside headlight is out and I tried to change it but there is no way to get to the back of the lamp, and no way to get the whole light out. How do I change it??

REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove two screws attaching headlamp unit to upper crossmember.
Remove three screws attaching fascia to radiator crossmember and carefully bend fascia forward to allow removal of headlamp unit.
Remove headlamp unit from vehicle.
Disconnect wire connector from back of headlamp (HEADLAMP UNIT).
Rotate retaining ring counterclockwise one quarter turn.
Remove retaining ring from headlamp unit.
Remove bulb from headlamp unit (HEADLAMP AND HEADLAMP UNIT - CANADA/EXPORT/RHD).
