Dodge Repair: vehicle hydrogen kits, dodge neon, fellow workers

Question
I listened with intreast to a talk show on the radio about hydogen generators.  Stated it will increase your mpg dramaticlly.  Do these really work and are they safe on you motor.

U will hear many different thing about this  the water 4 gas deal.
I can only tell u my personal issues with it.
I myself installed it on a fellow workers 95 dodge neon.
With my own eyes and a scan gauge 2 scanner could see real world MPG instant MPG it went from 31 driving down the road at 75 mph  to 62 MPG  same road same speed 75 mph. SO i know it worked on his car  I have not been able to get it to work on my own personal car 98 concorde with a 2.7. I have not had the time to toy with it as much as will be needed but I have been messing with it for a few months now tweaking stuff and seeing if it will work on my own car. That is where I stand thus far  I know it works seen it touched it  but not on my car it has not worked.
