Dodge Repair: 2005 Dodge Caravan Rear bumper removal and repair, fascia brackets, 2005 dodge caravan

Question
We have a dent in the corner of our rear bumper. It isn't painted, so we don't have to worry about that, but I want the dent gone! I believe we have to remove the bumper to do this. How do we remove the bumper? And are there any tricks/tips to "working out" the dent? I really don't want to go pay someone to do something that seems easy enough. Thanks!
