QUESTION: no i don't,only does it with heat.vents work fine for a/c.when you switch to cold on vents, both sides blow cold.it's only when you switch to heat, theres a problem.

Answer
thats the issue  u cant have it blow cold both sides there is only one door that controls the heat and cold. If u get both sides cold  the door is working and the motor is good  u have a clogged heater core   air bubble  or something along that line.  are both the heater lines the same temp or different to the touch?
