Ford Repair: NO heat, ford f 150, heater hoses

My 1989 Ford F-150 is not blowing warm air.  The air is blowing but we get just cold air.

First check the heater hoses, make sure they are both hot. If so, then you may have a blend door issue. Most common is the motor failure. You can access this motor by removing the trim at bottonm center of dash, and the floor duct, and one brace. The motor is white, about 3 inches square, one connector and three or four screws.
