Thank you

Answer
probably low on trans fluid-that would be the first thing i would check if it is low then have it checked to find out why. if not please ask your question again but to one of the other people on here because as of today i am taking myself off this site.

for anyone asking questions please tell the others what kind of vehicle
you have including year/make/model because it does matter some vehicles are prone to give more specific problems-

please take time to reply good or bad that helps us to know whether we were on track or not and maybe we need to rethink our answers.

i am just burned out with people who can't follow a simple request when i am trying to help them. you have to remember these people are volunteering their time after work on weekends etc to read and possibly
help someone with a problem but to not even take time to say thank you or reply back with a rating is lazy.

for those of you who took time to reply good or bad thank you
when they put a response button on here where we can tell you something like this then you can reply  back with proper info so we can answer before you can rate the reply i'll just stay off of here.

cliff you describe it as gears dragging-if you mean rpms going up but vehicle not moving then you are correct with your subject title the transmission is slipping. good luck to you.
