Ford Repair: 1993 Lincoln TC Will Not Start, engine cranks, psi power

Engine cranks fine. Fuel 40 PSI, power to coils, spark thru plugs, crank and cam positioning sensors read good. Seems like the injector ckt. is bad thru the EEC. The strange part is I can not initiate a self test to get OBD codes. Everything else seems normal. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You need to see if you have power to your fuel injectors.You can use a noid light which can be picked up at Advance and or Autozone.Could be as simple as a fuse or as terrible as the vehicle's computer.The self test malfunction leads me closer to the computer.
