Honda Repair: Replacing Rear speed sensor and broke hub, honda accord ex, honda dealership

The honda dealership was replacing the rear speed sensor (tcs) and broke the hub. Now honda wants me to pay for the hub they broke, saying it was rusted. Should this have broke and should I pay for it?

they should definitly replace it for free. this new of a car, almost nothing should be wrong with it yet except the air filter or oil might need changed. you need to go back to the dealer and go higher up the ladder to a supervising manager. why were you replacing the speed sensor anyway?
