Honda Repair: Ruff Running & stalling, gas line antifreeze, intermittent problems

Question
1989 Honda Accord, 5 spd, carbureted
In the last two months I have changed both fuel filters & the spark plugs. All four cylinders are firing good. Radiator has been flushed and filled with new coolant.
New exhaust system has been professionally installed and an alternator.
I put gas line antifreeze in with the gas.

Out side temperature does not seem to affect it.

Problem : Car will start fine, warms up properly
then after driving 5 minutes of driving it starts running ruff, sputtering, hesitating & sometimes stalling when coming to a complete stop. Then 15 minutes later it will run fine and not do it again for maybe 2 weeks or so and other times only days or minutes.

Answer
Brian:
I would check the output from the fuel pump when the condition occurs as the fuel pump may be going out. Intermittent problems are the hardest to fix since you need to test when the conditions happens otherwise as you are finding out you will throw a bunch of parts ($$$) and not fix anything until the part has a complete failure.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
