Honda Repair: No oil in engine, honda odeyssey, mileage check

The Honda dealership was suppose to do an oil change on my car.  After I drove away the car was making loud noises on the right handside,dragging and then wanting to cut off it I stopped. I took it right back and come to find out they did not replace the oil they took out. It was less than a quart put back in. What effect does no oil to the engine have. What should I make sure they look at and repair.

2001 Honda Odeyssey Minivan I have kept up with all oil changes and Mileage check ups.

All I gotta say is OUCH!  This can do HORRIBLE things to an engine...you need to make sure to do a compression test after you get the vehicle back.  Look up the compression specs and how to do this in a repair manuel.  Because of they did this they should reapir anyhting broken at no cost and should refund you for the oil change.  Back to the copression...with no oil it can burn out your rings on this piston and possibly seize the pistions...the compression test will tell you if any of this has happened.  Let me know your out come!
