Hyundai Repair: 2001 Tibouron stalling/bucking, tibouron, sea foam

Question
I have an 01 Tib- standard shift. The past week or so, when driving it kind of bucks a bit in all gears. It is really noticeable in lower gears- 1 and 2. When driving at about 50-60mph, you feel a slight sensation of the bucking. It feels like its not getting enough of something- maybe fuel or air. This am, going about 20mph, turning on a street- braking- the car stalled. It didnt make any bucking sensation- just stalled. This happened twice- once during two different trips. Could it be fuel filter, or air filter? Should I try Sea-foam to see if it is injectors? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!!

Answer
Hello Mel,
Since you do not have any check engine light and it started with a slight sensation of bucking, you should start with fuel filter. I do not your vehicle's mileage but problem sounds like a restricted fuel filter. Replace it and see if it takes care of it. If not, you need to measure the fuel pressure. I do not think it is the air filter because a restriction in the intake system sets a code and turns your check engine light on.
