how can i remove window roll up handle and release inner door latch so inner door panel can be removed so ican replace outer door handle

Answer
You'll need to remove the retaining clip to get the window crank off.  The clip is behind the trim ring on the crank and very difficult to access.  I usually remove the clip with the following method:
-- turn the window crank so it is pointing upward
-- insert a flat blade screwdriver straight down between the crank and the trim ring
-- while turning the window crank, pry back with the screwdriver to prevent the trim ring from turning.  This will push the retaining clip off.

To remove the inside door handle, remove the screw, slide the handle forward to release from the door, and disconnect the rods from the door handle.
