Isuzu Repair: Clicking noise, isuzu rodeo, seafoam engine

I have a 1996 Isuzu Rodeo and when I start the truck it makes a clicking noise in the engine. sometimes after driving it, it stops, but it started last night when I drove it and my roommate drove it today to go to work and it still is doing it. she just got a oil change and they put some oil treatment in it. then she also last week put Chevron gas which I never use. hope you can help me with this clicking noise, the person at the oil change place said he could be a lifter. but wanted to ask someone for help. thanks for taking the time.

Very Very common Judi. You can pour some Seafoam engine cleaner into the oil and gas just make sure not to overfill the oil pan okay? The clicking is the vavles and I would recommend having a carbon cleaning done on your engine as well to help solve this irritating problem okay?
