Isuzu Repair: 2000 isuzu rodeo, isuzu rodeo, fuel pump relay

My car died driving down the highway and when I tried to start it, it still had power but would not turn over and made a clicking sound.  I know it could be a bad starter but how can you check it to make sure?  Also if it's not the starter what else can I check and how? thanks

Hello Lela. Well Isuzu Rodeo's are horrible for their main wiring harness ground coming loose and causing a no start condition. Check your grounds inside your engine bay very closely, also check your fuel pump relay wires very closely as well, Rodeos are nightmares with their electrical systems, so don't feel alone ok?
