I've just replaced water pump all new gas get and sealant but have a leak in water pump area and can't find it its an RR 4.6 p38 1996

Answer
The first thing to check is the pump itself, and then your workmanship.  Next is to check the timing cover gasket, behind the water pump.  The timing cover is sandwiched between pump and block and its seals are often pushed out if the water pump is removed and refitted several times, or if it's over tightened.
