Where can I order variable intake manifold repair kit for 2003 Landrover Freelander?

Any Land Rover dealer should have it.  But be warned . . . if the intake is warped you'll need a whole manifold and if you've opened the repair kit it will not be returnable.

You see, sometimes the motors fail (kit fixes that) but other times the plastic manifold warps from heat, and jams the flaps (whole manifold needed)

I don't know any way to tell one from the other except practice.  Also, in a large LR shop like ours, the parts are in stock so we don't have returnability issues.

It's possible the kits are available from aftermarket suppliers like www.roverparts.com also.
