Land Rover Repair: RR Door will not unlock, mechin, range rover

I am still working on that 99 rover RR door. I am thankful for your comment on the cleaning of the lock mechin. and no dough it needs it but first and formost I need to get the door (OPEN) and with the lock being way back in there I don't have a clue as to how I am going to do that.

ahhh. I see.  SO this is a '99 Range Rover OR is this a '99 Disco and you are having trouble with the Right Rear door?   I was confused by your message.

To me, your subject says RANGE ROVER door will not open but your text says 99 rover RR (Right Rear?) door.  Can you clarify this for me so I can respond better.
