Land Rover Repair: Discovery fuel leak, fuel pressure regulator, dificult

I have a leak from the fuel pressure regulator. Is it an easy job to replace and can I get spare parts for the regulator or do I need to replace the whole unit. The leak is very hard to pin point where in the regulator it is coming from, any suggestions

the regulators are typically a sealed unit, the whole thing needs to be replaced.  it is more likely the lines going into or out of it are dry-rotted and need replacing, plus they're cheaper than the whole regulator.  replacing isn't dificult, but access may require removing the upper intake.
