Land Rover Repair: Horn, electrical issues, luck john

Question
John;
After battling and resolving many electrical issues and MIL's while preparing my '97 D1 (134,500)for MA inspection, I now discover my horn is not working. Fuse in box behind battery is good, are there any other fuses I can look for?  Any common causes or fraying that I should be aware of?
Thank you in advance.

Answer
Brian, the most likely problem is that the horn itself is bad. The second most likely cause is corroded wires under the grille, out by the horns.

You sometimes get failure of the spool, which carries the signal from the horn button on the wheel down into teh steering column but the two items I suggest are 90% of horn troubles.
