Land Rover Repair: srs light, t4 system, instrument cluster

Question
The light stays for 5 days then goes off for a day then goes back on. The dealer does not see what is causing this.

Answer
With every Land Rover I have ever seen, when the SRS light comes on, it stays on until cleared by the Land Rover test system.

If yours is going off and on I'd look to a problem in the instrument cluster or a failure in the SRS controller itself.

My guess is that your dealer will recommend a new SRS controller.  You could try and get a used one, but you would need the dealer's T4 system to reset the faults and put the light out to see what happened.
