Hi Yogi,

the fluid leak problem is common for LandRover. If you've determined that the leak is only oil, start to investigate which hoses are leaking.  My oil leak problem seems to come from the two oil hoses that connect to the radiator for cooling purposes.  Each hose has a steel portion that eventually wears and develops a leak.  They are expensive hoses and can be replaced one at a time.

If you have other leaks, a clean engine would help reveal the source.  Be careful not to use high pressure wash on any electrical components and wrap the alternator in a water proof bag before you wash your engine.

The leaks usually can be repaired but it takes time to locate the source of the leak. Be patient and you won't need to sell your Disco in fustration.
