Lincoln/Mercury Repair: 2003 Mrc Gr Mrq Heater Motor Stopped Working, blower motor, frend

My heater motor just stopped working on my 2003 Mrc Gr Mrqi After the temperatures became cold. It has about 35,000 miles on it now.  My best friend's 2002 GR Mrq heater motor also stopped working but in 4 days it resumed working again.  Alas mine has not! I can hear the doors working inside when I turn on Foor or Vent, and some heat does come out But the motor is silent.  I had a 1986 mrc gr mrq and the heater motor never stopped.  Can you tell me how to fix this

u habe a bad blower motor the way it sounds did any one check the fuse first ?
If not i would have it checked.
And have a good shop check it out .
And u know all cars are differnt
your frend just got lucky
