Mazda Repair: mazda 2000 2.5, mazda 2000, threshold bank

i have a check engine light on that reads warm up catalyst below threshold bank
1  is this an oxygen sensor or my catalytic converter

i'd say yes by the sounds of it do you know the engine code for me to have a look and see what it tells me. NOTE - not all engines codes give you the exact problem they only give you an idea were to look it may not be the sensor at all before replacing it inspect it frist to see if it's any good the problem maybe somewhere else in the exhause system
