Mazda Repair: interior question, aftermarket stereo, instrument cluster

I have a 94 626 DX with an aftermarket stereo which has died.  How do a take apart the center console to access the stereo?

Buy a repair manual for it and refer to the section on instrument cluster removal and radio removal.
Unfortunately I do not remember everything I have done in the past, but this is a good thing since it will give you a good reason to get a book for the car, which you should have anyway for the next repair you want to make.
