Mercedes Benz repair: Heater blower fan, climate control unit, plastic bezel

Question
The heater/ac fan is not working on my 88 Mercedes 260e, Where is the fan located and what do I have to remove in order to get to it? What else can be the problem for the fan not working if it is not the fan its self?

Wiring issues.
Blower Regulator.
Climate Control Unit.
Heater Motor.
Sampler Blower Motor.

If the Auxiliary Water Pump shorts out, in many cases this  burns out the Climate Control Unit.

To access your blower motor, you must remove the mono blade the plastic bezel, the center section of false firewall, wiper/motor assembly, and the blower motor cover.
Plan a minimum of three hours for the repair.
