when I'm coming to a stop in my 1998 mistsubishi eclipse it feels like my transmission is catching up like car gets a little jump when stopping

Fred: I am going to on this being an auto transmission and you need to get the fluid, filter changed and add a bottle of transmission conditioner to it during the change. See that won't help the catching up feeling and the little jump. God bless: Linda
