Mitsubishi Repair: Electrical-fuses, electrical fuses, luggage room

I have a 2004 Endeavor, Limited, AWD, automatic.  All the dome lights, radio, and door locks from remote control entry do not work.  The clock resets everytime I start the car.  This all started happening when I tried to change the luggage room light.  The fuses in the passenger compartment are fine.  When I go to the engine compartment fuses, the fuses for the radio and the dome lights are encased in a yellow protective square sleeve.  How do I get them out of the sleeve.  If these fuses are fine, what else could the problem be?

You should be able to simply pull or slide the fuses out.  If your problem turns out to be something other than a fuse, I would have a mechanic load test the battery and alternator.  You may even want to check with your dealership to see if this problem could still be covered under your initial warranty.
