Mitsubishi Repair: 2001 Galant ES, rear doors, left hand side

Question
My car is flooding with the smallest amount of rain but only the left hand side of the car, that is the driver side front and back. I wander if it is missing some kind of seals or tampons.

Answer
Carlos,
Check the weatherstripping along the door frames of the front and rear doors.  If the rubber seems stiff or is crumbling, it will need to be replaced.  Sometimes the stripping simply pulls away from the frame and just needs to be re-attached.  This is the most common cause of flooding in the front and back.  But if the flooding continues, you may want to have the car inspected at a body shop to be sure your sub frame is not twisting and preventing the doors from making a proper seal.
Good luck!
