Motorcycle Repair: HONDA S65 Alternator, honda ct70, honda s65

Question
I have a 67 Honda S65, it was sitting in my garage for a long time and i have now gotten the chance to bring it back out and work on it. I am currently in the process of changing out my point, the coils, and the condenser.  I didnt do a good job making sure that i kept the wires organized. There are four wires coming out which are green, black, yellow, and a red/yellow. also the point has a wire coming out and then one coil has one wire coming off of it and the other coil has two. Could you tell me how to hook them up or at least define what wires go to where.  I have a book but it doesn't do a good job describing it.

Answer
Is there some reason that you want to change out the lighting and ignition coils in the magneto?

I can see changing the points and condenser, but the coils seldom fail, unless the engine has been submerged in water or had some similar type of disaster.
