blow at idle I have to ride for like five minutes thanks

Answer
I've had a problem similar to yours with the speedo and the fuse blowing, what had happened was after the new paint was installed, the wiring thru the wire lume in the rear fender wasn't routed properly. It was bunched up at the front end of the rear fender and this allowed the rear tire to rub thru the wiring and short it out. Before I found this problem I'd change the fuse and it'd be just fine until I got about 5 miles on it then it would blow the fuse. If I were you I'd look under that rear fender for a worn thru wiring bundle. Or at least unplug the rear fender wiring and replace the fuse ride it the 5 miles and see if that was it. But be careful riding it cause you won't have a brake light during your test ride.
