Motorcycle Repair: battery problem, police bike, battery problem

Mike I have a 1985 flht ex police bike I bought 2yrs ago I put a new sears battery in it had no problems for a year never drove it more than 25miles but always had battery floater on it took it out this winter charged it up during winter in house now this year it has 12.53 with meter but wont start just a few clicks even with big 10 amp charger. What your thoughts.

First, I would start by having the battery tested to make sure it good. Even though you have 12.5 volts, you might not have any cranking amps. If the battery is good and you are still having problems let me know and I will help you
