Personnally I like the Dyna Ignition. remember, if you change the ignition to electronic you have to change to a different coil. The stock one has to many OHMs

QUESTION: just to be sure what application is rite, should a single or dual fire dyna ign. system be used not sure what the diffrence is but im sure there is a big one.  sure am glad there is someone out here who is willin to help !!   thanks again mike

Answer
The difference between single fire and duel fire is, the duel fire fires the spark plugs on the intake and the exhaust stroke. the single fire fires the spark plugs on the intake stroke only. You can use either, but if you use the single fire you have to use a single fire coil. Some companies claim you get more horsepower from single fire, but its not really much. Stock would be a duel fire system.
