Hi I was wondering what the proper gas to oil mixture to use in a 1989 RM80?

Answer
John, a quality 2 stroke oil and about
30 gas to 1 part oil.
That is about 4 ounces oil in a 128 ounce gallon of gas.
Some oils can be mixed at a leaner ratio, but
I don't recommend it unless you like rebuilding
your crankshaft often. (Racing bikes run 40 or even
50 to 1) If you use imperial gallon 160 oz, use 5 ounces
of oil.
