Motorcycle Repair: charging a battery on a harley, charging a battery, bolts

Question
I have an 2001 883 XL and i am trying to get battery out to charge it.what is the easiest way to get it out.

Answer
If you have a cover over it, remove it. Slide the battery out as far as you can and using a wrench remove the bolts tot he positive and negitive side and slide the battery out.
If your just charging it you dont need to remove the battery. Just hook your charger to it. Dont go over 2 amps ont he charge
