Motorcycle Repair: ss super e shorty running real rich, air fuel mixture, drag pipes

what would the appropriate size jets for a 78 flh 74cu bored .40 over with short drag pipes and a s&s super e also just learned of this site and i this is awesome and extremely helpful thank you   Big larry

There is no appropiate size. Its what works with your setup.
If you are running rich then go to a smaller intermediate jet and then test ride. Anytime you change jets reset the air/fuel mixture screw. On the test ride dont go over 3000 RPM. If the bike spits out the carb then youa re still to rich. Check the plugs when youa re done also. If they are still fouling then you need to go smaller
