Motorcycle Repair: 75 Sportster Rear Wheel Conversion, xlh sportster, wheel conversion

Is there any way to reduce the vibration while riding my 1975 XLH Sportster? Also do you know of any documentation showing/telling exactly how to do a chain to belt drive conveersion on this same year Sportster?  Thanks...Pete in Virginia Beach

Ther is really not much you can do to reduce the vibration. the old iron head sportsters are solid mounted to the frame and you get the vibration from the motor.
I have never seen a conversion kit for that old a bike. I dont think you will have enough room for a belt.
