Motorcycle Repair: 88 GSXR 750 Electrical / Directional Signals, fender eliminator kit, turn signal switch

Hi Mark,

I spent last summer working on my Gixer, and got all of the bugs worked out except one. Part of the work I did was to add a fender eliminator kit and two aftermarket rear turn signals.
I've got the wiring straight according to the maintenance manual I have, but still, all 4 of my turn signals will light up, but just won't blink!

I even replaced the relay! Nothing.

Ever hear this one before?

Hi Mike,

Flippin' frustrating, isn't it? Did you get wiring instructions with the rear winkers? Follow those instructions.

Do the turn signals illuminate with the turn signal switch only, or are they on constantly?

Be certain there is a good ground on the light circuit.
