Hi Linnell -

Hopefully you have the manual for the sound system of the car. In it, there should be your code to get the system working again. This is a theft deterrent every time the power gets disconnected to the sound system.

If you do not have the manual, then call the dealer. They will have the proper tools to reset, as there is no shortcut.
