Nissan Repair: Engine swap, 2002 nissan altima, nissan altima

Hey im just wondering,
is it possible to swap a 1998 nissal altima 5speed engine with a 2002 nissan altima v6 5speed engine.
The 1998 altima is a 4 cylinder.

It is not worth the time since you would have to change out the engine management system and fabricate bracket for the install and change the radiator and the hoses, lines and electrical connections.  Too much trouble and the exhaust would even have to be modified.
