Nissan Repair: My alarm wont shut off., body control module bcm, nissan quest

I have a 1999 Nissan Quest. This morning I went to unlock my van and the alarm started going off. Now I can't start it, the key wont turn. We've tried taking out fuses but it just stops the sound and the lights keep flashing. We've tried evrything we know.

Either the body control module (BCM) is defective or your remote is messing up.  Try to unlock the door with the key to disable the alarm.  If this does not work disconnect the battery and wait five minutes and unlock the door again with the key.  That should do the trick.  If not I bet the BCM is defective.
