Nissan Repair: serena idle, mass airflow sensor, vacuum leaks

I have a nissan serena 2.0 petrol and I cant get it to idle less than 1200 any ideas what it can be

Check for codes.  You probably have a really bad vacuum leak and the computer is running the idle high to keep the car running.  I would also check the idle air control valve and the mass airflow sensor.  But, if there are codes it will show you which one to be the problem.  CHeck the hoses and connections for vacuum leaks as well as the intake gasket and the positive crankcase vent valve.  Email me back if you need more help.
