Nissan Repair: 1987 nissan maxima, nissan maxima, dashboard light

the dashboard light in my 1987 nissan maxima won't come on? all the other lights come on.

Hi Cliff -

First of all check the dimmer switch. Sometimes it is set in the lowest position and that is the cause.

Secondly, check the fuse. Should be located below the drivers side dash, in a plastic box. Look for a fuse labeled something like "INST" or "PANEL". Pull it out and check the metal lead. If it is burned out, then replace the fuse.
