My sentra wopples from left to right when moving slow. After speeding up there is a vibration in the right front. When I turn the wheel there is a grinding noise,when I straighten it back up the grinding noise is to so bad.

Please check the following:

Front tires for irregular wear. Run your hands along the tire surface. It should be smooth. If not, then replace the tire, and the struts.

Check the brakes. might be needing new disc lining.

Check the hub nut in the center of the wheel for tightness.
