Nissan Repair: 1993 Nissan Maxima, volt ohm meter, mass airflow sensor

My daughter has a 93 Nissan Maxima, it idles ruff and is ruff when you are accelerating slowly.  When you are driving at a steady speed it seems to run fine. I have replaced two fuel injectors and nothing has changed.  The first was changed around a year ago and worked fine for two weeks, the second was change recently and no change was noticed. I test the rest of the injectors and they test good. I am at a loss for what to do and it is frustrating for both my daughter and me.

If you are replacing injectors be sure to check them all to make sure you have found all the defective ones.  Also, check the mass airflow sensor to make sure it is working properly.  A Haynes Manual and a digital volt ohm meter will aid in the diagnosis...
