Nissan Repair: Rattle, rubber mallet, rattling sound

Hello, Every time i accelerate quickly or when i get in high rpm's there is this rattling sound coming from what sounds like my dash and sometime i can feel it in my acceleration pedal and only happen on and off some days drives perfect then sometimes it will start rattling again also mostly happens while driving rarely happens while parked and revving it.

A rattling sound could be many, many things, so please bear with me. We will go through many steps.

First of all, I would like you to check your exhaust system. Although it may look intact from the outside, it could be rusting inside, and not be visible. Especially the muffler, and the intermediary pipe, which has a double wall. The easiest way to check this is to get a rubber mallet and hit various parts of the exhaust system until you hear the sound.
