Nissan Repair: no fire 2000 nissian exterra, spark plug wires, nissian

Question
Any thought on what to change when there is no fire on the engine.

Answer
Hi Jeremy -

I am assuming when you say "no fire" you mean that when you crank the engine, there is no spark at the end of the spark plug wires?

The most common cause for this is a faulty ignition module, commonly located inside your distributor. Also take a look at your cap and rotor, could be some carbon tracking in there.

Hope this helps, get back to me please
